Context

This engagement is focused on designing and building a brand, in Tanzania, from the ground up.


The objective is not to optimize an existing system, but to create a market-ready business across all core marketing elements, including:


  • Product development.

  • Pricing strategy.

  • Store design and customer experience.

  • Packaging and brand identity.

  • Promotion strategy (offline and online).



Scope of Work


1. Market & Audience Definition

  • Identify target customer segments.

  • Define value proposition and positioning.

  • Align offering with market demand.


2. Product & Offering Design

  • Structure product line based on customer needs.

  • Design product mix and positioning.


3. Pricing Strategy

  • Design pricing model based on value, cost, and positioning.

  • Considered margins, competitiveness, and scalability.


4. Brand, Packaging & Experience

  • Develop brand identity and packaging direction.

  • Design in-store experience to reflect positioning.

  • Ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.


5. Go-to-Promotion Strategy (offline and online)

  • Design promotion strategy and channel mix.

  • Design offline and online customer acquisition pathways.


6. Operational Alignment

  • Establish internal processes to support execution.

  • Align operations with customer experience and delivery.
